West Ham are to be handed a massive boost ahead of next seasons Europa League tournament after winning our first major trophy in 43 years.
Its a time to be savoured with the joy and pride of being associated with our incredible club with live on for a long time after our Hammers lifted the Europa Conference League title over Fiorentina this week to mark a historic time for us cockney boys.
The significance of lifting the trophy was monumental, however what it also did was qualify West Ham into European competition for the 3rd consecutive season with our Irons next season in the Europa League.
The triumph in Prague too though adds even more to the success, with West Ham now set to be seeded at the highest rank to give a favourable chance when it comes to the Group Stage selection process.
West Ham will be in pot A and the top seed, meaning we will avoid the European heavyweights and both Liverpool and Brighton as they are from the same nation.
Baring in mind when we were previously in the competition we were in Pot C and still made it to the Semi-Final stage makes our seeding a huge boost for David Moyes side.
Pot 1 sides along with West Ham and therefore will not be in our Group are: Liverpool, Roma, Villarreal, Bayer Leverkusen & Atalanta.
