Real Madrid’s Vini Jr’s car collection is all-German

May 15, 2024

Real Madrid’s Vini Jr has a collection of German cars, mostly saloons, ranging from ICEs to all-electric power.

Vini Jr, or Vinicius Jose Paixao de Oliveira Junior, known for his pace, finishing, and dribbling ability, is also a car enthusiast. However, unlike many footballers with flashy two-seater sports cars, Vini Jr seems to prefer saloons, which is evident by his car collection. Here’s a look at Vini Jr’s car collection.

The first car on the list is an all-electric BMW, the i4 M50. Real Madrid partnered with BMW to offer cars of their choice to team players and Vini Jr went with the all-electric i4 M50. While the BMW i4 is on sale in India, the particular version that Vini Jr has is not sold here. The all-electric sedan can sprint from 0 to 100kmph in 3.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 210kmph.

The next car on the list is an Audi A7 Sportback, which blends luxury and sportiness in terms of design. The A7 is not on sale in India and the version owned by Vini Jr is powered by a 3.0-litre V6, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100kmph in under 6 seconds. Globally, the Audi A7 Sportback competes with the BMW 6 Series.

Next up is yet another Audi, the e-tron Sportback 55 Quattro, which is more of a crossover than being a sedan or an SUV. The all-electric crossover is powered by a 402bhp electric motor that can help the e-tron accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in 4 seconds and reach a top speed of 200kmph. The Audi Sportback 55 Quattro is on sale in India and carries a price tag of Rs 1.26 crore.

The final car in Vini Jr’s collection is an Audo Q8, which he owns because of Real Madrid’s former partnership with Audi. The Q8 owned by the footballer is a diesel-powered one, which gets a 3.0-litre diesel engine that makes 286bhp. The Audi Q8 is sold in India, but in petrol guise only, and carries a price tag of Rs 1.07 crore onwards.
