Real Madrid want nothing to do with Mbappe’s situation at PSG

January 23, 2023

Los Blancos are unwilling to waste their time

Real Madrid are mere spectators of Kylian Mbappe‘s situation at Paris Saint-Germain and they are not willing to get involved in the drama surrounding the Frenchman.

The directors who make strategic decisions at the club are not paying specific attention to Mbappe and PSG‘s moves. For them, it’s not a matter of pride or waiting for Mbappe to ask for forgiveness after what happened last season.

Real Madrid are just unwilling to waste their time as they did while waiting for the Frenchman to make a decision on his future last year.

They do believe that the PSG star is a player who can make the difference, but they are also adamant that Vinicius Junior will be Real Madrid’s future leader. Real Madrid made this clear with the lucrative contract extension they offered to the Brazil international last summer.

Los Blancos unofficially deny any contact with the Frenchman’s entourage. They are aware of his uncomfortable situation at the French club, with the atmosphere in the dressing not being ideal for the time being.

In fact, some reports suggest that Mbappe already tried to find a way out last summer despite extending his contract back in June for two years.

There have been rumors about a potential departure, but Real Madrid are anything but willing to fuel speculation.

Unwilling to waste time

Real Madrid do not want to contact PSG. In the event the Ligue 1 champion express their desire to negotiate in order to avoid losing Mbappe on a free transfer in the summer of 2024, Real Madrid could enter into negotiations, as they are not about to waste their time again.

Los Blancos do not rule out making a move for Mbappe and anything can happen in the future.
