PSG hope to replace Kylian Mbappe with Napoli’s Victor Osimhen
Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain appear destined to lose star forward Kylian Mbappe, and are reportedly eyeing Victor Osimhen as his replacement.
Since his arrival in 2017, initially on loan from Monaco before a permanent transfer worth €180 million, Mbappe has flourished at PSG, securing numerous domestic titles and a memorable UEFA Champions League final appearance in 2020.
However, with Mbappe’s contract expiring in June and Real Madrid looming as a possible destination, PSG face the challenge of finding a successor.
Reports suggest PSG have set their sights on Victor Osimhen, identified as the ideal candidate to lead the club’s attack next season.
Osimhen’s stellar performances in Serie A have earned him widespread acclaim. Last season, he propelled Napoli to the Scudetto with 26 goals, showcasing his prowess as a prolific striker.
Despite competition from English Premier League giants Chelsea and Arsenal, PSG remain committed to securing Osimhen’s signature, seeking to bolster their attacking options for the future.
