Mohamed Salah stunning new look as Liverpool star shaves off hair

Mohamed Salah has shown off a smart new haircut and beard trim following the end of Liverpool’s season

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has displayed a new hair cut and beard trim.

Salah has just completed his seventh season with the Reds, following last weekend’s win over Wolves in the Premier League. Liverpool finished third in the top flight, with Salah scoring 25 goals in all competitions.

This summer will see a new era dawn at Anfield, with Jurgen Klopp leaving his role as manager. He will be replaced by Arne Slot, who has signed a three-year contract to be the club’s new head coach.

On Friday, Salah posted a photo across his social media channels that showed the Liverpool star sporting a new look. The Egyptian was wearing a matching beige shirt and shorts, but it was his hair that caught the attention of Reds fans.

Salah’s photo shows the Liverpool star sporting a new hair cut that is considerably shorter than what he had for his final appearance of the season for the Reds.

The 31-year-old captioned his post on X, formerly known as Twitter, and on Instagram with merely a grinning face emoji.

Salah will now enjoy a break before returning to Liverpool later this summer. The Reds’ No.11 has one year remaining on his contract, which is due to expire in 2025, and will now be looking ahead to working alongside new head coach Arne Slot starting next season, with the appointment only being confirmed earlier this week.

Across Salah’s seven-year stint at Anfield, he has only worked with Klopp as manager. Now with a new coach in charge and Salah’s contract set to expire in 12 months, there is only likely to be increased speculation about what the future may hold for Liverpool’s talisman.
