Manchester United have picked up six points from their first four games of the new Premier League. The Red Devils have won both of their home games against Wolves and Nottingham Forest, but have lost their matches on their travels against North London pair Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
Manchester City, on the other hand, have started in strong fashion once again and have maximum points as they chase down another title under Pep Guardiola. Both clubs were active in the most recent transfer window and are among the biggest spenders in the modern Premier League. Mason Mount, Sofyan Amrabat, Andre Onana, Rasmus Hojlund, Jonny Evans, Altay Bayindir and Sergio Reguilon have all joined the Red Devils this summer.
Meanwhile, Jeremey Doku, Josko Gvardiol, Mateo Kovacic, Spike Brits, Yangel Herrera and Matheus Nunes have all signed for Pep Guardiola’s side as they seek to defend their Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League titles.
