Kerim Alajbegovic insists he did not think twice about a move to Juventus

Kerim Alajbegovic was one of the most wanted players in Europe during the last transfer window after his superb season at RB Salzburg, and Bayer Leverkusen exercised their buy-back clause to take him back to Germany.

However, he was never expected to stay with Leverkusen because of the interest in his signature, and Chelsea were close to adding him to their squad. The Blues are an attractive team that could probably have offered him better wages than he earns at Juventus, but he ultimately decided to move to the Bianconeri.
