Jadon Sancho’s La Liga loan from Manchester United is “ready”
Jadon Sancho is reportedly gathering interest from Barcelona with the future of the Manchester United player in serious doubt under Erik ten Hag.
Jadon Sancho plunged his future into serious doubt two weeks ago after his explosive statement claimed he was being ‘scapegoated’ at Manchester United.
The claim came after Erik ten Hag declared that Sancho was left out of the squad to face Arsenal due to poor training levels – something that the player strongly refuted.
Although he eventually took down his post, Sancho has reportedly refused to apologise to Ten Hag and has subsequently been put on a “personalised training programme” away from both the matchday and training squads. He will not return unless he takes back his words.
And now, according to information from Spanish outlet Sport, Barcelona are “attentive” to Sancho’s situation and are “ready” to move for the winger on loan in January.
Barcelona, at this current moment, do not have a left winger, and they view Sancho as an option that can fill a hole in their squad.
Barcelona have not yet made a move because they are awaiting the outcome of the feud between Sancho and Ten Hag.
Sancho has also been linked with January moves to Nottingham Forest and Borussia Dortmund, but has ruled out a switch to the Saudi Pro League.
