Bayern Munich’s Josip Stanišić won’t reveal if he plays the agent game with Florian Wirtz

With all of the talk linking Bayern Munich to Bayer Leverkusen ace Florian Wirtz, it is only natural for the media to ask Josip Stanišić, who was sent last season on loan with Die Werkself, if he still has Wirtz’s phone number and would work back channels to try and get him to join him at the Allianz Arena.

“I do have his number. I didn’t call him, but of course I hope I’ll be able to play with such a player again. All of Germany can consider itself lucky to have such a player. He’s simply an incredible player and wants to win every game. Of course, that’s the type of player we want to have at Bayern,” Stanišić told Sport1.

There is so much talk of this potential transfer that it is almost getting to the point where people are going to start to expect that this move will go down this summer.

Certainly, it would be a game-changing acquisition if it comes to fruition.
