Bayern Munich prepared to offer €100 million for Real Madrid midfielder

May 26, 2024

Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni has been on the radars of Bayern Munich for quite some time now.

After all, the French midfield ace has grown into a mainstay in the centre of the park for Carlo Ancelotti when fit and available. He has been key to the success that the team has achieved this season.

Bayern Munich serious about Tchouameni

As such, according to Spanish transfer outlet Fichajes, Bayern Munich are indeed serious about their interest in Aurelien Tchouameni amidst fear that Joshua Kimmich could leave.

Intriguingly, Kimmich is understood to be one of the players that Real Madrid have on their radar as a possible candidate to replace Toni Kroos.

In case he departs, Bayern would need a replacement and Tchouameni has been identified as an option for the same.

Furthermore, the report adds that the Bavarian giants would be willing to table a significant offer worth around €100 million for the Real Madrid midfielder.

Sale unlikely

Apart from Bayern Munich, Chelsea have also shown some interest in signing Tchouameni in the summer.

However, despite the speculations, Tchouameni is unlikely to be sold by Real Madrid. The Merengues trust the French international a lot, with Ancelotti himself a huge admirer of the midfielder.

Furthermore, with Kroos set to retire, Real Madrid would be unwilling to further weaken their midfield department heading into the new season by sanctioning Tchouameni’s sale.

The former AS Monaco man is also not looking to part ways with Real Madrid anytime soon either, making the likelihood of a transfer very minimal.
