Bayern Munich have their sights set on Premier League star

March 6, 2026

FC Bayern might be looking to acquire a Brentford player it has been interested in since his Freiburg days.

Well, well, well. Bayern Munich might be ready to disrupt the transfer market.

And they might be looking to swoop in for another Premier League star.

Bayern’s recent acquisitions from the Premier League have been nothing short of spectacular. Harry Kane is the world’s best footballer, Michael Olise is a close second and has been dominating the right wing, while Luis Diaz is easily the best left winger at the moment. What a terrific set of signings over a three-year period.

And now the Bavarians might be looking to make that 4/4 with Brentford’s star winger, Kevin Schade.

The left winger, who was signed from the legendary SC Freiburg, has been shining for 7th-placed Brentford. He has been on Bayern’s radar since his time at Freiburg, where he frequently impressed with his combination of incredible pace and dribbling ability. What makes the player even more appealing are his physical attributes… he’s frequently able to outmuscle his man and get into good scoring positions or use his physicality to hold the ball and release it for his teammates.

He has not yet been granted redemption: for the time being, Ricardo Pepi remains a historic transfer flop in the Bundesliga
