Bayern Munich bosses expect Leon Goretzka to stay amid MLS interest

Leon Goretzka may not be going anywhere.

Despite Bayern Munich’s apparent efforts to offload the veteran midfielder, Goretzka is reportedly not open to a move — at least, not to any of the clubs that are in the mix so far.

From Sky Sport journalists Florian Plettenberg and Kerry Hau:

“Leon Goretzka still wants to stay at Bayern despite all the statements and pressure by the club in the past 72 hours. There’s an interest from the MLS, but Goretzka is not interested in a move there. Only a few clubs would be interesting for him, such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool. As of now, Bayern bosses are expecting that Goretzka will stay at the club this summer”
