ATALANTA INFORM JUVENTUS OF MASSIVE DEMANDS FOR CHIEF TARGET TEUN KOOPMEINERS
The powers that be at Atalanta have informed Serie A rivals Juventus of the financial commitment which will be required to strike a deal for Teun Koopmeiners this summer.
That’s according to Calciomercato’s Daniele Longo, who have today provided a fresh insight into the future of the in-form Dutchman.
It is of course common knowledge across the Italian football landscape that Koopmeiners has made his way onto the radar of heavyweights Juventus.
Amid the Bianconeri’s ongoing search for midfield reinforcements with a view to next season, the 25-year-old – fresh off netting his 7th goal of the Serie A season – is understood to have been placed at the very top of the list.
Should Cristiano Giuntoli and his team have genuine hope of striking a deal, though, they will be forced to pay up.
This comes amid confirmation that Atalanta are in a solid financial position, and in little need of the funds which would be generated by way of Koopmeiners’ sale.
As per the aforementioned CM, as much means that Juventus will need to stump up a sum of around €60 million to coax La Dea into a deal this summer.
