Barcelona sign two big new signings
It has been a week to remember for Barcelona, with the Catalan club making two high-profile signings. First, the club reached an agreement with Leeds for Brazilian winger Raphinha ahead of the arrival of Bundesliga legend Robert Lewandowski. The Polish striker will undoubtedly bring goals and firepower to Camp Nou.
Ousmane Dembele signs new contract at Camp Nou
In addition to signing two new players, Barca have also reached an agreement with Ousmane Dembélé to extend the French winger’s professional contract. He has signed a new deal and he will stay in Catalonia until 2024.

Sergio Escudero will stay in La Liga
Despite Granada’s relegation last season, left-back Sergio Escudero will be able to continue adding to his La Liga story after joining newly-promoted Real Valladolid. During his career, he made 195 appearances in the Spanish top flight, playing for Getafe, Sevilla and Granada.
Athletic Bilbao defender Nunes on loan from Celta
Celta FC are doing a lot of business this summer as they team up with new sporting adviser Luis Campos. After bringing in Williot Swedberg, Oscar Rodríguez and Luca de la Torre, they have now reached a deal with Athletic Bilbao Agreement, loan center back Nunes (Unai N%uFA%uF1ez).
The 2022/23 season is about to start
The start of the 2022/23 La Liga season is now less than a month away, with the season opener being Osasuna at home against Sevilla on August 12. Other matchdays to look forward to include Barcelona v Vallecano, Getafe v Atletico Madrid and Almeria v Real Madrid.
