‘You can’t’ – Andy Halliday insists Celtic simply can’t sign 18-goal midfielder wanted by West Ham

There is an argument to be made that Celtic and West Ham United supporters are unhappy with their transfer business this summer.

There has been one link between the two sides this summer, and that’s Celtic academy player Daniel Cummings joining West Ham.
