PSG eye Arsenal target for January transfer
Paris Saint-Germain are looking at Sacha Boey as a potential replacement for Nordi Mukiele, despite Boey’s continuing links to Arsenal.
Telefoot journalist Saber Desfarges reports that with Nordi Mukiele potentially leaving Paris Saint-Germain for Bayern Munich, the French club are looking at Sacha Boey as a potential replacement.
Desfarges writes that Boey is also being followed in England, particularly by Arsenal, and the player may prove too expensive for an understudy role at PSG.
The TF1 reporter isn’t the only person still linking Boey with a move to Arsenal, after plenty of reports connecting the two throughout 2023.
Spanish outlet AS report that Arsenal have been monitoring Boey for along time, and they remain interested in signing him. Though AS claim neither Arsenal nor PSG have submitted an offer.

As it stands, Galatasaray are hoping Boey will continue playing for them until at least the end of the season, with only an offer of €25m (£21.5m) or more likely to convince them to change that stance.
As for whether Arsenal are really interested in the player, that’s still up for debate.
Back in October, Fabrizio Romano strongly refuted the claims, writing that Boey has never been close to a move to Arsenal, and there were no negotiations ongoing.
Romano added that the links had been circling since the player joined Stellar agency in the summer, but there’s nothing substantial in them.
