JUVENTUS AMONGST EUROPEAN GIANTS IN THE HUNT FOR COPENHAGEN’S ROONY BARDGHJI

The transfer team at Juventus have positioned themselves in the race for one of European football’s brightest up-and-coming talents.

That’s according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who has provided an insight into the plans of the Bianconeri to add ever further to their impressive collection of breakthrough starlets.

Roony Bardghji, it is claimed, has piqued the attentions of the powers that be at the Allianz Stadium.

Bardghji, for his part, is an 18-year-old midfielder/attacker, currently making waves with Danish heavyweights Copenhagen.

Despite his tender years, the Swede has already been afforded 21 appearances across all competitions this season, racking up a head-turning nine goals in the process.

The most noteworthy came early last month, when Bardghji completed the most remarkable of Copenhagen turnarounds, en route to a 4-3 Champions League group stage downing of Manchester United. And, evidently, such exploits have not gone at all unnoticed across the continent.

As per the aforementioned Romano, all of Juventus, Barcelona, Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen have sent scouts to watch the youngster in action of late.

Bardghji has less than two years remaining on his contract in Denmark’s capital, making him a potential cut-price market opportunity either in January, or next summer.

It now remains to be seen whether one of the many interested clubs can coax Copenhagen into what would no doubt come as a painful sale.
