PREDICTED XIS: STUTTGART VS BORUSSIA DORTMUND

It’s third vs fourth at the MHPArena on Saturday afternoon as Stuttgart host Borussia Dortmund.

The big talking point for the hosts coming into this game is the fitness of Serhou Guirassy. The Guinean forward has scored 14 and created one in eight Bundesliga games for VfB this season but was substituted in Stuttgart’s 3-0 win against Union Berlin on October 21 after picking up a hamstring injury. Guirassy missed the games against Hoffenheim and Heidenheim but may be fit enough to return to the bench for Stuttgart against Dortmund.

As for Borussia Dortmund, they are coming into this game after a Champions League tie against Newcastle United in midweek. Edin Terzić could make some changes depending on fitness but this game is likely to come too soon for Emre Can, and so expect to see a midfield pivot of Salih Özcan and Marcel Sabitzer again.

Karim Adeyemi could also retain his place after an impressive outing against Newcastle United but should Terzić wish to change it up, Marius Wolf, Ramy Bensebaini, Donyell Malen and Youssoufa Moukoko could all be candidates to start.
