West Ham Open To Looking At Late Deal For Player But Time Running Out
West Ham United are open to conversations over a deal to sign Juventus left-back Filip Kostic in the final 48 hours of the summer transfer window.
The Hammers have signed four new players this summer and are looking to do more business before the transfer window closes on Friday night.
West Ham are still in the market for strikers and the club have been chasing a left-back all summer as well.
The east London club have been looking at several players for the left-back position and the cub are now considering going back for an old target.
West Ham wanted to sign Kostic last year before he joined Juventus and according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, they are open to trying to sign him in the next 48 hours.
Juventus want to offload Kostic before the transfer window closes on Friday night and have been in touch with West Ham to discuss a deal.
However, time is rapidly running out to set up a deal that would see the Serbian move to the London Stadium.
Juventus want €15m from his sale and are open to loaning him out if the purchase option more or less guarantees his departure.
West Ham are mulling over whether to move ahead and try to get a deal over the line for Kostic.
