Arsenal, Tottenham Given Ndicka, Kamada Updates By Eintracht Director

January 12, 2023

Eintracht Frankfurt chief Markus Krosche feels Evan Ndicka and Daichi Kamada will decide their futures soon. The pair are each transfer targets for Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

Ndicka and Kamada are both now in the final six months of their contracts and able to hold negotiations over free transfers for this summer. So, Adler sports director Krosche accepts they will want to believe they are making the right calls for the next stages of their careers.

Eintracht Frankfurt signed Ndicka from Auxerre in 2018, while Kamada arrived from Sagan Tosu in 2017. They are now among the most important players at Deutsche Bank Park this season. Boss Oliver Glasner has started them in 15 and 11 Bundesliga games respectively.

Kamada is also Die Adler’s lead goalscorer in the German top-flight with seven, plus three assists, so far this season. While Ndicka has helped goalkeeper Kevin Trapp keep two clean sheets to 24 goals conceded. Eintracht Frankfurt also sit fourth in the table after 15 games.

But impressing in the Bundesliga and winning the Europa League last term has brought an array of suitors along, too. Bild reports Tottenham are exploring a transfer for Kamada and notes that Eintracht Frankfurt are struggling to convince the midfielder to sign a new deal.

While on the other side of north London, Arsenal are targeting the transfer of Ndicka from Eintracht Frankfurt. Il Romanista even claims the Gunners already have a pre-contract with the centre-back in place for a Bosman deal. But they are not alone in chasing his signature.
